Carmen Santana is a partner with Berkes Crane Robinson & Seal LLP. She received her B.A. in psychology and her B.A. in Spanish literature in 1994 from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). She received her J.D. from UCLA in 1997. Her bar admissions include California State Courts in 1997, United States District Court for the Central District in 1997, and the United States Court of Appeal, Ninth Circuit, in 1997. Ms. Santana has a litigation practice in handling complex multi-party insurance and liability disputes in the fields of toxic torts and construction defect, as well as handling personal injury and business litigation matters. Her toxic torts practice involves the defense of mesothelioma and lung cancer asbestos cases and silica cases. In her construction defect practice, she has particular experience in the defense of subcontractors. She has also handled insurance coverage cases involving general liability policies. |
